Chef De Partie (Casual)

If you’re keen to create different styles of cuisine, learn tricks of the trade and work with a tight-knit, creative team – then this role is the next step in your culinary career. As a Chef de Partie, you will look after a section and prepare an array of dishes catering for our two venues, Shutters and Estate, overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which exceeds customer’s expectations. Your culinary passion and creativity will flow through into your presentation and you’ll pride yourself on delivering a fantastic culinary experience for guests.


Sous Chef

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to partner with our Venue General Manager and Head Chef to take the lead for day to day kitchen operations across Shutters. As Sous Chef, you’ll manage busy kitchen operations, day to day menu implementation, food safety training and audits, administration and kitchen financials with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, employee engagement, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which exceeds customer’s expectations. On the daily you’ll provide direction to the team on shift, and encourage their learning and growth by coaching and inspiring them with your passion for food, service and teamwork. You’ll be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.



As a Host/Hostess within the Estate team, you will assist in the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and customer needs are anticipated. You will greet customers, escort them to their tables, take, confirm, and amend reservations, and ensure all telephone calls and emails are handled politely and efficiently and accurately address the customers’ needs. 


Bar Manager (Full Time)

As the Bar Manager, you will support, supervise, manage, and administrate the bar operations and its team, while maintaining positive relationships with other departments and ensuring the correct execution of standards and guidelines provided by the company in order to ensure a high customer satisfaction and sustainable bottom-line performance.
