Online bookings are available for groups of up to 9 guests. If you would like to make a booking of 10 or more, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Each weekend karaoke booking is for a two hour time and requires a $200 minimum spend, and weekday bookings require a $100 spend.
The Fine Print
Please note that our kitchen closes at 9.30pm on Saturdays and 4pm on Sundays. Bookings made after these times will be able to order from our bar menu only.
Please note that we require your credit card details to secure your booking and pre-authorise payment. We will not take any money at the time of booking.
For special event bookings, or bookings larger then 10, if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior, we will charge your credit card 50% of the set price per person.
We allow guests to bring their own celebration cakes, with advance notice. A cakeage charge of $7 per person will apply, or for groups of 8 or more, we will charge a flat $50 for the table. We are unable to accommodate any other types of outside food or beverage to be brought in.
For all other bookings, Estate has a strict 12- hour cancelation policy. If you cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your reservation time, your credit card will be charged $50pp.
Estate is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards and room charge (A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card purchases). A surcharge of 10% will apply on Sundays and 15% on public holidays. Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, gluten. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free.
